Washing Maching boot seal is causing leak down front of washing machine. Whirlpool.

I have a GE front load washer model. Machine started and shortly after the start lite came on blinking. Pushed and nothing happened and door ws locked. Manual aid clean filter did and still nothing. Then unlocked door manually ad cleaned everything . Machine on again and started but same happened.
